Let’s talk acne
As long as people have had pimples, there have been attempts to clear them up quickly or prevent them all together. Those with acne search for topical answers hoping to eliminate the problem; however most people don’t make the connection between what they eat and how their skin looks. The food falls into the blood stream, which is then tagged by your body as a “foreign object.” Your body then starts to create antibodies to fight off the intruder creating a food allergy reaction. Most food allergies are from a leaky gut and have symptoms of IBS, Eczema, diarrhea, constipation, and headaches.
If your immune system functions in this way for too long, then an Auto Immune disease can occur, such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Celiac Disease, Crohn’s Disease, Fibromyalgia, and Ulcerative Colitis.
SO HOW DO I HEAL MY GUT??
Certain foods and beverages wreak havoc on the digestive system and MUST be avoided to improve the function of the digestive system, thus eliminating any adverse skin condition.
